  Lucky Dog Annual Golf Outing

The 5th Annual Lucky Dog Golf Outing will be held at the Green Valley Country Club, located in Lafayette Hill, PA. This charitable event is organized to raise funds for local charities, such as the
Fox Chase Cancer Center and the Shriners Hospital of Philadelphia.

The proceeds of this years outing will go to the Fox Chase Cancer Center in remembrance
of Jack Christmas, a pillar of our community who succumbed to brain cancer in 2005.

Donations are accepted in the form of Tournament Sponsorships and Auction Items. There are three levels of Tournament Sponsorships.

PUPPY Sponsor - $100
A sign of sponsorship erected at one of the tee boxes and your name published in the tournament program.

LITTLE DOG Sponsor - $500
A sign of sponsorship erected at one of the tee boxes, your name published in the tournament program
and a 2-some to enter into the tournament.

BIG DOG Sponsor - $1,000
A sign of sponsorship erected at one of the tee boxes, your name listed as a primary donor on the front page
of the tournament program and a 4-some to enter into the tournament.

The fee for the day's event is $150, which includes a buffet lunch, golf and a buffet dinner.
The cost for a 4-some is $600.

If it is not possible for you or your company to sponsor a hole or play golf, any contribution is greatly appreciated. (all sponsorships and contributions are tax-exempt)
